Formats a list of events for the classic Hebcal.com JSON API response, including both the header fields and the items array.
Parameters
- events: Event[]
  the events to render
- options: RestApiOptions
  controls title, location, tracking, and per-item rendering
- leyning: boolean = true
  false to omit Torah/Haftarah readings from each item
Returns ClassicApiResult
