Parameters
- ev: Event
  the event to convert
- options: RestApiOptions
  controls locale, tracking parameters, and which optional fields (heDateParts, ev) are included
- leyning: boolean = true
  false to omit Torah/Haftarah readings
Returns ClassicApiItem
